A teacher recently made an incredibly biased and unbalanced statement to my son in a school lesson. I am looking for a lawyer to support me in ensuring I tackle this with the school in the appropriate way. Does anyone know a good schools lawyer in Herts?

    Cheers!

Hi Mark, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The Government does make it clear in official guidance that schools should not be partisan or partial in their treatment and addressing of political issues. Please contact us at Parent Power (and supply your phone number in private message), if you’d like one of us to contact you to discuss with you the best and most appropriate course of action to take in view of the particular circumstances and context of what the teacher said to the class. There are a range of steps you might want to take, in first instance, with the school before resorting to legal action, All the best, Tom (Parent Power)
